Who's got some tips on how best to cut the fingernails of a squirmy 6 and a half week old baby? I've done it a couple times... the first was rough, the second was better, but still not great...

new baby nails are so soft you can actually peel the extra length off. also, try doing it when they are sleeping....or do what I did, have Bill trim them!

Uh, Bill... I, ah, know it's a big trip and all, but could you come up here for a bit and, ah, trim my little girl's nails...
clippers can nick, but teeth... now there's the magic trick! No seriously, I always just bit or peeled off the baby fingernails.. still do.
